Brooklyn Countertops, Slab Selection to Final Install in About Two Weeks

We carry granite, quartz, marble and a growing list of porcelain slabs in the Utica Ave yard. You pick the actual slab, we template after your cabinets are set, and fabrication-to-install runs about 7 to 10 days.

How we work

  1. 1

Quartz can be picked from samples. Natural stone, granite, marble, exotic, you should see the actual slab in person, we will walk the yard with you.

  2. 2

    Cabinets set

Stone cannot be templated until cabinets are anchored and level. Tell us when the GC is done and we book the templater.

  3. 3

    Digital template

Laser-templated to within 1/16 inch. We mark sink, faucet, cooktop and any outlets.

  4. 4

    Fabricate

5 to 7 business days in our partner shop. Seam locations confirmed with you before cutting.

  5. 5

    Install

FAQs

Quartz vs granite for a busy Brooklyn kitchen?+

Quartz for low maintenance and consistent pattern. Granite if you want one-of-a-kind veining and do not mind sealing it once a year. Both will outlast the cabinets under them.

Can you match an existing countertop?+

We can usually match a current quartz pattern if the manufacturer still produces it. For granite, we can get close but not identical, every slab is unique.

How thick are your tops?+

3 cm (1 1/4 inch) standard. 2 cm available for backsplashes and shower walls. Mitered edges build the look of 2 inches or more.
