Bay Ridge two-family kitchen renovation with gray shaker cabinets and hex porcelain floors

The challenge

The parlor-floor kitchen sits over the garden kitchen, so the upstairs install could not start until plumbing was buttoned up downstairs. Both kitchens had to share one delivery slot because the building only has one usable curb cut and the block has alternate-side parking three days a week.

What we did

1Stocked both kitchens in our warehouse so we could deliver in one drop on a no-parking Tuesday.
2Doubled the order on the gray shaker line to lock in a 12 percent volume break that paid for the homeowner's hardware upgrade.
3Pre-staged the quartz template appointments back to back, both kitchens templated in one morning.
4Used identical spec down to the cabinet hardware so the homeowner can pull replacement parts from one bin.
