Nine units across three buildings with different tenant move-out dates, no warehouse space on site, and a hard budget cap of $5,500 per unit supplied. Property manager wanted one cabinet line so replacement parts could come from one shelf five years out.

What we did

1Locked one spec across all nine kitchens: same boxes, same doors, same hardware, same hinges.
2Set up a rolling delivery cadence, one kitchen per week starting at tenant move-out, no on-site storage required.
3Pre-cut granite remnants from our slab yard for the smaller units, saved roughly 18 percent on stone.
4Opened NET 30 trade terms after the third successful delivery, smoothed out the property manager's cash flow.
